Core Principles
Leadership Capacity
The innate resources available to any person on which they can draw in order to influence themselves and/or others to create higher levels of performance, success and satisfaction. Leadership Capacity is what enables people to take on leadership roles whether or not they are in a position of responsibility or authority.
Appreciative Attention
Having a biased viewpoint toward possibility and what an individual or organization is doing well. Acknowledging mistakes and failures in service of focusing attention on lessons learned and positive corrective action.
Presence
Clarity of mind and alert awareness of the issues and dynamics at hand in the moment. Intuitively integrating what is known from the past and what is possible for the future without dwelling on regret, worry or worst case scenarios.
Aligned Action
Ensuring that, at an individual level, people are clear about their values and principles and that clarity drives their performance. At the group/organizational level, ensuring that action follows the alignment of all interested stakeholders.
