Corporate Experience

Prior to becoming the principal of Sem Development, Christian was a full time employee of The Holt Company; a training and development outsource firm. His main responsibilities with The Holt Company were account management, business development support, and program development and facilitation. He is certified to administer and interpret Myers Briggs Profiles with individuals and groups as well as the Life Orientations survey developed by the Stuart Atkins Group. Christian also spent a year as a full-time consultant working with LRC International, Inc. in the areas of growth strategy development and building leadership capability.
