M.B.A. degree (focused on Human Resource Management) - Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

He lives in Lancaster, PA with his wife Danene and his daughter Lia. Christian is a black belt in Aikido and is the owner and main instructor of Aikido Center of Lancaster. He spends much of his spare time studying this martial art based on peace as well as spending time outdoors with Danene and Lia.
